1. Know the learning needs of your target audience. First thing to do is to know the exact information or topics that your target readers are dying to know about so you can easily make your articles more enticing and more effective. Talk to these people on social networking sites, forums, and blogs. Don't be afraid to get their pulse. Ask for the specific information that they're looking for and offer them exactly that.

2. Offer complete information. Keep in mind that your readers will expect nothing but in-depth, solid, and complete information. Do not disappoint them so you can easily get the kind of response that you need from them. Do extensive research if you must and obtain as much information as possible on relevant online resources.

3. Use enticing headlines. Grab your readers' attention by using eye-catching titles. As these people have very short attention span, ensure that you'll be able to grab them by the throat through your first 3-4 words. Use those terms that can target your readers' emotions or those that can evoke action.

4. Offer intriguing information on your first paragraph. Online users will gauge the quality of your copies based on your first paragraph. If these people see nothing but fluffs and fillers, they'll close your articles quickly. You don't want that to happen, right? So, make your first couple of sentences as explosive as possible. Load them up with intriguing information that can get your audience to read on.
