Get a tampon, and lubrication jelly. Make sure that you put the jelly on the top half of the tampon. After you have put the jelly on the top half, put a few drops of the oil on it. You will only need a few drops. After you have completed those steps, just put it inside your vagina. Sometimes it might sting so it's best using a applicator tampon to help prevent the sting.
If you don't have lubrication, you can replace it with using olive oil. You just do the same thing you would do with the lubrication jelly. Some people choose to use olive oil instead because they don't want to use the lubrication. Either one works just as good as the other.
This way is not very popular yet and you might want to talk with your doctor first before trying the tea tree oil method. It has helped a lot of people and for a fact, it has healed people when they have had yeast infections.
If you are on other medications or if you are using other creams, this type of treatment is not for you. Don't mix creams together and add the tea tree oil on top of that. It could be very dangerous. Use the oil treatment only by itself and not with other medications.
