Symptoms of Autointoxication
Print This Article Ezine Publisher Send To Friends Add To Favorites Post A Comment Suggest Topic Report Author

The artificial food supply we routinely eat today is definitely a factor in overall health (or lack of it) for most people. Processed, devitalized foods are known for their lack of fiber and bulk. Since they tend to be either dry, goopy, sticky or pasty, they do not do well in making the transit in the muscular bowel. They have a tendency to stick to the insides like glue and are difficult to move out. A constant diet of this kind of food puts one upon the path of autointoxication and health challenges.

Other factors we should consider in autointoxication are the stresses put on society today. When the body is under stress it needs an extra amount of nutrition to cope with the increased workload and needs of the stress itself. Sadly, the food eaten is so deficient that the body is always in a state of "catching up", never receiving what is required but going on the treadmill of starvation of vital tissues.

Symptoms such as lack of energy, tiredness, irritability, restlessness, intolerance, quarrelsomeness, aggression, fatigue, lack of endurance and increases in frequency of illness are all products of autointoxication.

"When the bowel becomes encrusted with unexpelled fecal material due to poor dietary habits, the absorption of vital nutrients slows down to the degree of this encrustration. The energy cycle is short circuited and a downward spiral of tissue integrity begins.

There's also the accumulations on the bowel wall becoming a breeding ground for unfriendly bacteria, viruses, fungus and other undesirables. These begin to multiply on this putrid, decaying material and the stage is set for more serious consequences.

The heavy mucus coating in the colon thickens and becomes a haven for putrefaction. And the blood capillaries to the colon begin to pick up these toxins, poisons and noxious debris as it seeps through the bowel wall. Now all tissues and organs have access to this toxic substance.
