Are you suffering from panic attacks? If so, then what you're about to read will, I hope, shed some much needed light on the subject. It is coming from a former fellow sufferer, so I know exactly what you are going through probably better than you can imagine.

The low point for me was one day back in October of 1973. It was October 14 to be exact. Why do I remember that day so well? Because I had such a severe panic attack that day that I was literally running back and forth between the bathroom and the living room...literally trying to escape from the world. I finally dropped to the couch from exhaustion.

Panic attacks may very well be worse than any physical type of pain. The worst part about them is that most people don't understand what really causes them. It is very similar to the misconceptions about what causes depression. Many people feel that depression is caused by sadness. It is not. It is caused by conflict, and it is the inability to resolve that conflict that causes the depression.

For example, you are torn between living with a medical condition that is making your life miserable and having dangerous surgery that could end it. It is this indecision that causes the depression because there appears to be no solution to the problem.

Panic attacks are very similar. They are not so much caused by fear of something. They are caused mainly from the fear of having the attack itself. If you sat down and REALLY thought about what was bringing on the panic attack, you would realize that in almost all cases, it was because you were foreseeing having the attack due to something that you were about to do or experience and not so much the thing itself.

The mind is a powerful thing. It can give us great pleasure or unbearable pain. Fortunately, anything to do with the mind can be controlled IF we know how to control it. I'm not talking about people who have diseases such as Alzheimer's. I'm referring to conditions that come as a direct result of forces that can be controlled purely through thought.

Below, you will find a comprehensive review of a resource that will greatly help you control those thoughts that are causing your anxiety. I think you will find the review quite helpful and encouraging.

As a fellow, former sufferer, I know what you're going through.

But there is help available...and yes, it's that easy.

To YOUR Health,

Steve Wagner
