Does your heart hurt?  Dating can seem like a real battle at times just when you think things are good, things are over!  Relationships are tricky and the line is narrow between great and over.  It can happen in an instant one dumb move and she is heading for the hills.  Is there any way to see it coming and fix the relationship fast?  Yes, there are a lot of signs but we as guys rarely even notice.

Face it women are much better at relationships and dating.  They have the advantage of more experience and they have been talking about dating with other women for years. They pay more attention to details and notice everything.

So if you messed up and your ex girlfriend left you is there any hope to get her back?

I want to give you some ideas and tips that may work.  I have used them in the past with some success.

1.  Don't chase her

If she dumped you and you want to get back together, you have to let some time pass and not come on too fast.  Keep your feelings under control.  If you start gushing love at her, she is not going to respond well.  See when women decide to end a relationship,  she has felt that way for quite awhile.  Guys can suddenly want out of a relationship, women put more time into them and don't let them go until the feelings they had for you are gone.

So you need to ease your way back into her heart.   Chances are good when she ended the relationship, she was over you and probably had a new guy on the ropes already.  Women need to be in a relationship just like guys need to have action on a regular basis.  And if she is attractive, there are countless prospects that will date her tonight.

So just take it slow.  After a month, give her a friendly call and see if she wants to go get some coffee.  See if you can at least get back on a friends basis with her.  Start hanging out in places she does and with your friends.  Have some fun and start dating other women.

Her seeing you with another woman can be the perfect fuel to get her thinking about you again.  Women are jealous.  And women want guys that other women want.  Social proof is the word for it.  Take your time and rebuild a friendship with her first.
