Success With Your MLM Phone Leads

It is often difficult for many in network marketing to discover how to find a level of success with MLM phone leads. More often than not, most people will send out information and then follow-up with a phone call. However, this may not be the most effective way to convert your MLM phone leads into members of your downline.

Let's think about this. If you are looking for a multilevel marketing opportunity, then you probably have reviewed several different opportunities and requested information. And if you are like most folks, you probably sort your mail over the wastebasket, which means a lot of stuff gets tossed without even a second glance. The same applies to email; if you are not really expecting the email or have not opted into a list, then the odds are that most stuff gets deleted without even being read.

So how can you improve your success with your MLM phone leads? One thing that you can do is to change your process slightly by adding a phone call before even sending out any information. For example, you might call one of your prospects and say, "Hello Mr. Jones, I understand that you're busy and so I will not hold you long. The reason that I'm calling is because I'm looking for five "leaders" to put on my first level in (insert your network marketing company info here). If you're interested, I would like to fax or email you some information. I can also send it by postal mail if you prefer." At this point, you will learn if your prospect is interested in what you are offering.

If they are interested, then you send info. What this process does is to alert your MLM phone leads that you are sending information so that they know to be on the lookout for it. Once you have given them enough time to receive the information, then you follow-up with another phone call to discuss the information that was sent.

Implementing this simple technique of calling, sending information, and following up with another phone call will help you experience more success with your MLM phone leads. It will also cut down on wasting marketing materials and your valuable time.
