Stunning Looks and Functionality Creates Interest in the Acer Neotouch F1

The Acer neoTouch F1 is a simply stunning mobile phone. Its captivating style is beautifully designed with a compact and endearing feel to it. Its style is reminiscent of a PDA whilst it functionality simply blows the user away with its simplicity of use and effective methods of working. It measures 118 mm x 63 mm wide and 12 mm thick. It weighs 130 grams and is comfortable to use and work with.

A 5 mega pixel camera is included within the package that operates at a resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels. The inclusion of auto focus and an LED flash is testimony to the level of quality within this phone. The feature called geo tagging is also included which offers location referencing of images. The alternative of video capture and playback is also provided and is recorded at VGA quality.

The display screen on the phone is 3.8 inches in size and is a TFT resistive touch screen. The screen offers excellent colour reproduction due to its ability to display 65,000 colours. As its means of accessing functionality the screen utilises the Acer user interface. To automate certain tasks, the phone provides an accelerometer sensor as well as proximity and ambient light sensors.

Entertainment is provided by the inclusion of an MP3/MP4 player and stereo FM radio. Downloaded music and video files can be played on this handset with ease whilst the ability to listen to radio broadcasts is an important alternative. In addition, pocket versions of MS Office are provided with Facebook and Flikr integration as well as a voice memo function. Internal memory provided with the phone is 256 Mb RAM and 512 Mb ROM with the option of using the microSD slot to increase memory up to 32 Gb.

GPRS, EDGE, Blue tooth and miniUSB are provided to offer a multitude of connectivity options whilst the HSDPA and Wi-Fi offer internet access at speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps. This ensures the phone is capable of multiple tasks such as file sharing and web browsing.

The Acer neoTouch F1 utilises the Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD62 1 GHz processor and Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional. Its functionality is there for all to see and is efficient in every way. It is the ideal mobile for anyone who wants to perform numerous tasks whilst out and about.
