Stopping Panic Attacks - Learn These Simple Rules to Stop a Panic Attack Cold

Stopping Panic Attacks Is Not Impossible

Stopping panic attacks may feel like an impossible task.  But, did you know that their are powerful things that you can do right in your own home that will make stopping a panic attack easier and easier?

I suffered from panic attacks for a long time and I didn't know where to begin in stopping them.  But, as I began to try a few things I found ways that really worked!

Here Is A Powerful Three Step Plan

First, stop drinking coffee, it's too powerful a stimulant for most people.  I do drink green tea though, you should try this immediately, it's very powerful. Switching to green tea from coffee is actually a big deal, coffee can be murder on the nerves, green tea does not have that effect. It's the l-theanine in there, an amino acid that calms the nerves and counters the caffeine.

Also, I started mild exercising, just simple exercise really.  A gentle walk after dinner almost every day was enough to give me some wonderful relief. This got a lot of nervous energy out of my system, which is so key to controlling panic.

Lastly, deep belly breathing has helped a lot too. It's very simple, just sit down and breathe into your stomach while focusing on moving your belly outwards. The relief has to do with moving the diaphragm and calming your vagus nerve.

Warning: Although these methods are very powerful, especially when performed together but you will likely fail in your attempt to control your panic attacks until you take this one last step.
