The only way you it can be possible to get some one to join your company over the phone is if you show them benefits and not trying to sell them. By doing so will waste a lot of your productivity time and time to do what you want. You need to build an automated marketing system online like a website for example which you just drive people there and the system takes care of them.
I just wanted to share with you something I have learned. You must not be a greedy person in life and be positive if you want success. You can not just want people to join your team because you want money you have to let them decide. All you can do is show them how you and your business opportunity can benefit them and change their lives. In order to do you must have a unique product line with a huge commission base pay out to help your self and everyone on your team make huge commissions so everyone is happy. The product line must benefit you and your clients in ways unimaginable especially in this economy.
A wealth building or financial products will be very powerful for any one to learn about and purchase in this economy because they can learn a lot about money, tax, mortgage, stocks, and a lot more goods. It is things like these people want to learn about and sell to others because it benefits you as the entrepreneur and your clients who are soon to become entrepreneurs on your team as well. What better is there then a system with a backed up marketing education system as well that will show how to market and where exactly to get the most of your time.
Stop trying to sell people and let us show you how to market and make money while you are helping people and that is how you will see your life and this world become a better place. "The more you give the more you will get back."
