YOUR Own List or Database
Some reading this may not know what a list is. A list is simply a group of people who give you permission to send them emails. You get this permission by them 'opting in' or subscribing to your list. This is all made possible with the use of a capture page and auto-responder. An auto-responder is probably the best piece of technology you can ever invest in. This amazing technology allows YOU to automatically send emails to all those who give you permission by opting in to YOUR list. Stay tuned for another post about how to set one up. Look at this as a 'follow up call' to people except it is done automatically after you set it up.
A capture page is where people have the chance to give YOU their name and email so YOU can market to them. This, my friends is the store front of your business. Your list will grow larger and larger if your store front (Capture Page) is attractive. This is important when trying to have your list or database. So think of YOUR capture page as the outside of your business. What does the building look like? Is your front door cracked and squeaky or is it solid but easy to open? My friends this is what you want your capture page to have:
· The ability to arouse curiosity without going into too much detail.
· Straight to 'what's in it for them' and why they should opt in message
· A list of bulleted benefits from opting into YOUR list
That's it; if you can create a capture page with those key attributes you will see success in your capture page.
Why You need to have YOUR own list as a Network/Internet marketer
There are three main reasons why having YOUR own list is vital to YOUR success as an internet/network marketer:
1. 95% of EVERYONE you bring into your list will not join your primary company. That is just the way it is. So if you bring 100 people into your list, you may only have 1 person out of the 100 join your MLM Company. Sad but TRUE. So what do you do with the other 99? This my friends is when you market to your funnel. Continuously give value no matter what 80% of the time and offer affiliate products the other 20%. This will create up front 'CASH' to support YOU on YOUR journey.
2. This creates an attraction to YOU. You have the ability to maximize your time and efforts by developing this attraction to those who give you permission to market to them and communicate on a more personal level. Attraction Marketing is by far my friends the Most success way you can market to the entire internet world! The absolute BEST way to attract people to you is what I call, "Be Yourself Marketing". When you simply be yourself you will attract people to your list who are very similar to who YOU are as a Powerful species on this planet. You may be surprised at how many people can truly relate to you that are out there waiting to meet YOU for who you are!
3. The reason you need to have Your own list or database as a Network/Internet Marketer is to build YOUR brand. Your brand, my friends is what differentiates YOU from the rest of the world. So Instead of being like most of the other MLM marketers out here pressing their biz or product, become someone people can trust and build that existence online that people want to know and follow. It wouldn't surprise me if there were at least 100,000 people coming online to make money every week. So my friends, it is important you stand out from the rest of marketers out here trying to make a buck. This is exactly how you do it! Start providing solutions to problems and answers to questions people have when they are looking to make money. Here are the two things people are looking for:
· Marketing -the different ways to market online. The nuts and bolts of using the internet to create a secondary income for themselves.
· Leadership - everyone is looking for a leader to guide them to success! People are inherently attracted to leaders, people who will show them the way. People who can save them lots of time and money by showing them what works and what don't.
So remember my friends, the more value and honest bonding you create with people will determine your level of success. Always be aware of how you are marketing 'YOU' for it is YOUR primary business. Continue prospering and growing my friends and I'll be seeing YOU soon...
