StarCraft 2 Colossus Counter Strategy Guide - Best Tactics

The colossus is one beast of an opponent to go up against as you probably already know and it absolutely gives players tons of trouble, but you can use these counters for every single race and help defeat colossus users today!

Terran Colossus Counter
So this is what you are going to do. As you know, air units can attack to Colossus because it is so high, the Viking and the Banshee are unusually great against this, the reason is because it can be hit by both air and ground as we just said, and the Viking can take down a colossus simply by using it's anti-air missles.

You will not have to worry about stalkers killing your Vikings either because the anti-air range for the Vikings is so amazing. You can also use the cloaked banshee and deal tons of damage to Protoss units starting today!

Protoss StarCraft 2 Counter
When it comes to Protoss, there are specific things you are gong to want to do including using a Void ray, because void rays are especially great against high HP units, as long as their beam doesn't get interrupted, they'll, overtime, do more and more damage to that unit, meaning that void rays as a group can do some nice quick damage to your opponent.

You can also use immortals as well because they pack a lot of damage to armored units and have incredible defense.

Zerg Counter
One of the best things to do is to use the corruptor because it does massive damage to massive units, so the corruptor is the perfect fit and also it will have 20% more damage taken so you can free it up for your teammates to get out.

You can also use ultralisks because they do very well against Colossi as well, just make sure you implement these counters into your strategy immediately!
