"Beware of the mob," I always say. And lately I've been very concerned with socialism, and the political rhetoric that goes on which pits poor people against rich people. Almost like an Ayn Rand novel we seem to be headed in the wrong direction in the United States, and we need to be very wary of what sorts of media propaganda and information that is allowed to go into the minds of the masses.
It is always easy to bring out feelings of jealousy amongst those that have very little against those that have accumulated much. We see a little bit of that going on here in the United States, especially during the last election. In fact, the Democrats in Congress are starting to act more like socialists-liberals more and more each day.
Of course, what is going on in the United States is nothing compared to what's going on in Latin America right now. We have watched countries like Venezuela, Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and almost Honduras fall to socialist rule. It's almost like a Domino Effect as these leaders are using the masses to rise up in hatred against capitalism and wealth, only so they can take over their individual countries, as cause I dictators.
Not long ago, an acquaintance (and I use that term loosely) from South America tried to convince me that all the problems in the world come from the wealthy, and that somehow they were ignorant and the cause of all our planet's crisis, and he stated; "People like Rothschild in France, Bill Gates, The Rockefellers, all are immensely stupid, the problem is, that the remaining humans are even more stupid."
Interestingly enough, I had to ask him why he was so upset at the industrial capitalists of the world? And to trash Bill Gates is silly, look what he's brought to our world? Shouldn't we just say thanks? If we allow this type of sentiment to continue, and if we allow government propaganda from the socialist nations to enter the world media, then the future world economic crisis will cause decreased standard of living and quality of life throughout the globe for all humans.
We must not allow a clash of class warfare to pit ourselves against each other and divide us as rich and poor. Indeed, the types of legislation that social governments produce diminishes the middle class and further divides us all. If we allow this to continue we will be very sorry. I am not pleased with what I see in the world right now. Please consider all this.
