What is snoring and how does it originate? When throat muscles for example become overtly relaxed, it may partially block the air passage. This constriction coupled with the force of the wind that passes through the passage causes vibrations, resulting in a noise, called snoring.

The other factor which contributes to snoring is making poor lifestyle choices like smoking and drinking alcohol. Therefore quitting tobacco and alcohol might be one of the most 'natural' ways to get relief from snoring.
