It was the sunset like all other sunsets. The sunset, with sparkling tones of yellow and orange color combination dancing far on an estuary....
Rose was standing among people, but all alone in herself, glancing at the sunset with thoughts so immense.
As she moves a soft breeze touches her long kohl-black hair, the waves of the sea secretly washes-out the foot-prints she left behind her way,Rose, thinking with ecstasy, watching own feet moving forward, Rose, was going on and on, Like she will never stop and the desired destiny will never come to her, and it seems to be like she cannot touch her destiny...
A voice came from behind....
"Rose, Rose you girl come back, we are setting back"
The tempting voice was of her mothers...which irritates her like as someone disturbed her from sleep-dreaming....
Rose is a village girl; she is grown up in an environment where there are only rules, premises, religious beliefs, caste, superstitious beliefs.....
She was not allowed to study more than middle as it happens in all under-developed countries villages...
But still she wanted to understand the universe; she wanted to know about heaven and hell...
She wished to see the city, the shimmers and the colors of the city, she was taught only two colors black and white by her ancestors, she was taught that black, is when we are in regrets, and white, is when we are happy and full of life....all colors are fake despite black and white....
From her childhood, Rose usually visits to the sea-side along with her family; the sea was the only aspect of the city she had ever seen.... When many beautiful colors touches the iris of her innocent eyes, surprises surrounds her with barriers unbroken, Surprises which compel her to think about how far away she is from all the colors. How far is she from the race of life, how she cannot participate in the act of life....
The other side which makes that innocent soul remediless is, when she sees many different faces, expatiating here and there....
Rose stared at those faces with great immensity and compares them with the villager faces; to herself she gets confused...
"How strange it seems, every face is different from each other....But people are alike, all have eyes, nose, lips, but still there creation is different....
Rose is a girl who wants to think many things which she can see, which she can touch and feel, she wants to distinguish among many realities and facts, she wants to question many questions, but is well aware that no one can answer her questions....
Bind with mysterious questions, Rose when prays to her Lord, the creator of universe, asks many confusing questions because she knows he is the only one who has all the knowledge, all the answers she needs...
"For what purpose I am on earth?
Where will I be placed on doomsday, heaven or hell?
What I will do in heaven or hell?
Why there's another world after earth?
Will there also be people with different colors and faces?"
When a list of questions asked, and Rose listens nothing more than silence, she breaks down, her eyes begins watery...but to satisfy herself she remind a saying of her Grandma...
"My Grandma said to me; No matter who you are a citizen or a villager, No matter what people think of your face and color, No matter what your question is and no matter what the answer will be...
There is always a secret message behind deep, very deep Silence...."
