In order to get in shape, people are looking for anything to get them through. There is help out there as there are a lot of Schwinn Elliptical Trainer machines that can help you and here is the full review of Schwinn 430, Schwinn, 418, Schwinn, 431 and Schwinn 438.
All Schwinn Elliptical machines have a good rating on average 4- 4 ½ stars. So lets review the Schwinn 430 Elliptical Trainer. This machine is one smooth ride. The frame is enameled coated and has hard plastic housing for the brake and pedals. The electronics display is well organized allowing simultaneous data to be displayed (Interval/time, RPM/watts, speed/calories). The water bottle holder is a nice touch but practically out of the way during the operation to be useful when riding. This machine has forward and reverse option which is not often found on other machines in this price range. The size of this machine is complementing since it's compact design will allow it to fit into any room/apartment without taking much space. Some features this machine has are: ECB resistance, forward and backward option, 25lb flywheel, 18" stride and more.
Schwinn 418 Elliptical Trainer has several advantages comparing to other models. It's assembly time is under two hours if you at least know who to use basic tools. This is a little heavy machine, so it may require two people to move, but on the up side is that the frame is sturdy. It has a very solid "footprint" without any wobbles. This machine is very smooth and incredibly silent. Some of the pre-programmed workout options make it easy on the user. Pulse feature and timers count down definitely help using this machine.
Schwinn 431 Elliptical Trainer is as well a very strong machine. The quality of the machine is great, very smooth, great electronics, and a great workout. This machine takes about 3 hours to assemble, due to many moving parts and bolts. But it is all worth the price and the way this machine works. Comparing to other models this machine has a more compact design and has and attached fan to help you cool while exercising. This machine is so quite that you can watch a TV with volume at the normal level and still have no sound interference. The machine is solid and well made. It would be no problem for a person who weighs 250lb to use it. Well worth the price.
Lets now review the Schwinn 438 Elliptical Trainer has many programs and is gym-quality machine (very durable). One cool feature is, it has the blue backlit LCD matrix which offers a modern feel unlike more standard red LED display. The machine is perfect for someone who is about 6' tall since it has 18 to 19" of stride. If you are taller, you should look for a machine that offers 20 to 21" stride. Ski-pole handles makes exercises fun and will take you out from those ordinary boring exercise. With ski-poles you have more variety.
Overall, to conclude this review of the Schwinn Elliptical Trainer, all the elliptical are very strong machines, but the difference between all these machines is that some have more features.
