Samsung SGH-T209 Review - A Review of the Samsung SGH-T209 Cellular Phone

The Samsung SGH-T209 is a all-around useful mobile flip phone with very good talk time and multimedia messaging capabilities. The 65K UFB internal display has a resolution of 128 by 160 pixels. The phone includes a camera that can even be used to enhance messages with content.

This phone includes 40 poly ringtones and a digital music player capable of playing MP3, MIDI, ACC and ACC+ files. The user has the option of using an MP3 ringtone as well. Embedded Java games and mobile TV are also included in the standard model. The SGH-T209 measures 3.5" high, 1.9" across and 1" thick when folded, and weighs 3.2 oz.

The phone features voice recognition, multi party capability, and speaker phone. Dialed, missed and received calls are recorded for the user's convenience. The internal phone book holds up to 500 entries plus 250 extra entries on the SIM card. Voice mail and voice memo are included, along with 2-way SMS and instant messaging. Embedded wallpaper allow the user to further customize their phone.

The Samsung SGH-T209 operates on the GSM 1900, 1800 and 850 MHz frequencies. Users can talk for up to 5 hours and the it will stand by for up to 200 hours. Personal Information Management functions come with the phone, and include calendar, currency converter and world time. It is a useful cellular phone for connected users, and the popular flip construction guarantees a long life.
