Restoring Our Health to Optimal Levels With Protein and High Fiber Intake and Exercising

Expert Author Willis Miller

Here's a question for the day,"Is it possible to undo any damage we've done to our bodies, from unhealthy diets or lifestyles?"

How can we restore our health to the optimal levels of health? Scientist have been trying to figure out how we can live longer without aging so fast. That's why we have all the external ways of looking 10 years younger. We're trying to find something that is anti aging.

At some point even if we live very healthy and are very careful to abstain from every harmful bacteria and anything that would have the potential to harm us in any shape or form, we are still going to pass on.

So no we'll never get completely away from death in it's various shapes and forms. I'm thinking specifically about internal aspects of the human body with all of it's functions and the cells that die every second.

On the other hand, if a person that was eating unhealthy foods and has many health related issues, begins to change the diet with very healthy foods, will have definite improvement, and can prolong life in a worst case scenario.

The problem is that sometimes just changing a diet to something better will not automatically make you healthy over night. Also if a part of your body does not function like it used to from being careless in your diet, just changing your diet won't make it function again. Taking medication all your life won't take care of the problems at the root either.

So what needs to happen to help me to feel better and function again like I used to. For one thing, there's going to have to be a commitment to catching up to the ball that got ahead of us in the first place, and then becoming disciplined in my eating habits.

In plain English, I'm going to have to sweat and toil through exercising, getting used to foods that are not sweet, eating high fiber food, eating lots of good protein, such as baked beans, eggs, dried beans, good meat, yogurt, soy products, peanut butter, cheese, sugarless nuts.

Another thing is stay away from sodas and anything that's sweetened in your liquid intake. You would be shocked at how much better you'd feel if you would decide to stay away from that stuff. I'm serious, I was there I know what it's like to have the cravings and giving in and all that. It's better to say NO!

Our bodies have a unique renewal system that will regenerate new tissue in the places that have been damaged. This system will be the most effective if you buckle down and do whatever it takes to become the healthy you again. I'll post a video in my resource box that describes how all that works.

If you work with your body and ingest only what is good for you,(no excuses) your body will eventually heal itself back to normal function again. But it takes time. Going back to the question at the beginning of this article, We can undo the damage done to our bodies to a certain point. It also depends how soon we begin to implement the changes that need to occur.

So with that have a wonderful day and keep plowing ahead and do something successful in your life. Best Regards,
