Unhealthy food taken randomly during the day will lead your ride to hospital or family doctor. No food expert and doctor appreciate the quality of fast food that we eat.

Keep your pace slow while eating. Make sure you eating a quality food. Take vegetables, make salads and you will gain plenty of nutrients to feel alive and energetic.

Try to learn some of the recipes which are easy and can be cooked in short time. I guarantee you; you will love your own cooked food. Make your number one priority to eat regular food on a daily basis. If your body doesn't get a good diet you going to lose it more rapidly.

Create some space to give relief to your mind and body. Enjoy healthy and hygienic food. It may take few days for you to get used to it but once it becomes your routine you will be able to work more with extra energy.
