Similarly, first aid kits should always be kept handy, so that the situation is controlled. If the chances of harm are high, then it is better to keep a doctor or medical staff at hand during work hours. In addition, fire extinguishers should always be available, and emergency exits should be defined.

There should be written safety manuals that all employees should read, so that they know how to act in certain situations. Apart from this, the company should make sure that routine inspections are held of all the equipment, and machinery, so that if there are any discrepancies, they are caught earlier.

You can use equipment tags, repair tags, or lock out tags, depending on your requirements.
