When it comes to finding more home buyers, there are lots of great ideas & most of them don't work. In this article I want to share with you a great home buyer lead generation strategy that has helped me generate over 180,000 leads for my businesses.

Secret #1:

The first thing you need to do is pick a source of traffic on the Internet that you want to master and dominate. The problem most real estate agents have is they are to spread out in their marketing.

They want to reach everyone with every strategy. The problem is you can't do that online without failing. So you have to focus relentlessly on one strategy & one source of visitors until you have mastered it.

Secret #2:

The next thing you need to do is make sure you are driving your visitors to a landing page that gets their name and email address in exchange for a free video or something. I have found that offering them a free report does not show as much value as a video or audio.

Secret #3:

The next thing you need to do is make sure you give them one option on the page they go to & that is give you their name and email. If you give them more then one option they will usually do nothing and leave.

Once you do this you can start building a relationship with them and you will find that a lot more of these people will do business with you because you followed up with them via email.
