One of the biggest frustrations that real estate professionals have is getting qualified leads from the Internet. It has been proven time and time again that the majority of people will go online to find a house. That is why I want to show you exactly how to get more customers from your online marketing.

Secret #1:

The first thing you need to do is realize that the quality of leads you get online is 100% dependant on the source you are getting those leads from. You can use social media sites, but they are usually very bad for getting good customers.

Make sure you are in the search engines! This is not as hard as people thing. You can use programs like Google AdWords and get your site listed right away & pay on a per click basis. That is the fastest way.

If you do it right - you can be online & getting visitors to your site within minutes.

Secret #3:

Make sure you take your online marketing into your own hands. Don't outsource it to a firm who promises to give you everything and make you rich. Your goal should be to learn it first & then outsource it to other people but still maintain control over the process.

Secret #4:

Make sure you are getting your visitors name and email address. You want to make sure you are capturing their contact information so you can build a relationship with them. The better job you do at this - the more likely they are to do business with you and buy a house from you.
