It's tough for those are already addicted to cigarette to quit cigarette smoking. For some, it's already been with them for a few years and even decades.   • Smoking health effects and smoking heart disease. Understand clearly what you could be at risk of if you don't get help quitting smoking. There are obviously a lot of health effects and heart diseases that are linked to smoking. Know the fact that it is not good for you and use it as a source of motivation.
