4. Go to the GYM! You may be an expert in volleyball, basketball, and a shot-put and discus thrower in track but you will never lose any fat by doing those things only and your stomach will still remain the same. You must go to the gym even if it is everyday and you'll be going crazy because with the level of differences you will experience. Eat 5 meals and drinking enough water will be a very big advantage. If you go to the gym everyday it would be awesome I promise you will got down to 140 within 2 months. Well if for any reason you quit going to the gym and stop eating right and taking your pills it is very likely that you'll in longer time return back at your big belly. Sometimes you can't seem to get yourself in the mood to do things like exercising. You are very tired all the time. All you want to do is sleep, its very depressing to you because you feel like you let yourself go back because it most surely be. You'll probably thing if you knew all the ways that would motivate you and help you to get a work-out. Any suggestion?

However, if you are the type that is sensitive to sugars, then your body would react to a reduced banana intake at least for a little while. Note this one fruit as your normal morning snack, and one as your normal afternoon snack. There should be no fruits at night due to the high sugar content you have taken during the morning and afternoon but veggies at night ok.
