Pre Divorce Agreements - Post Divorce Financial Security
Print This Article Ezine Publisher Send To Friends Add To Favorites Post A Comment Suggest Topic Report Author

When two consenting adults separate from each other without pre divorce agreements, physical assets almost always become a controversy. Ususally, higher value properties or assets are the ones creating controversy. Since physical assets cannot be split in half, the tough situation to deal with is who keeps what. Such situation prevents two adults to remain reasonable and civilized.

In the XXI century, unwanted situations can be avoided thanks to an industry meant to provide help. Although it may not be possible to make everyone happy, it certainly is possible -and desirable- to reach affinity before a judge decides. It is possible thanks to pre divorce agreements.

The main reason why it is desireable to prevent a judge deciding is because it involves higher costs presenting the case in court. In addition, it is likely that the judge's decision aggravates one of the divorcees who will keep what was not wanted. In other words, dealing with a judge resembles gambling.

In the past, it was somewhat successful when "spouse one" keeps the whole property and promises to pay "spouse two" a certain amount of money for the portion of the property. Very often, however, "spouse two" was not happy to receive a trickle of money at regular intervals; and would have prefered cash all at once instead. In those days, it was not realistic to do it otherwise. In today's days, however, it is possible as long as a piece of paper is prepeared by the divorcees. It is known as pre divorce agreements.

A well developed industry prevents aggravations, and it simplifies matters by allowing divorcees to access wiser, feasible, and creative options never before available. It contributes to remain civilized and reasonable. It all results in a growing number of Divorce Lawyers bringing into their practice the benefits of these pre divorce agreements.

Should one particular lawyer not yet be one of them, one of the divorcees may choose to bring the option of such splendid alternative. However, before sitting at the bargaining table, the crucial issue to comprehend is that learning "well in advance" how to exploit this beneficial industry is mandatory. Divorcees that did so walked out of that table with a deal that filled their hands with money, and put a smile on their faces. They all had one thing in common: they learned in advance how to prepare pre divorce agreements.

I will say it again: to successfully benefit from pre divorce agreements, one of the divorcees must acquire knowledge in advance. It is about learning before the controversy arises and becomes complex, before it is difficult to deal with and aggravations make it all worst, and before a judge has a chance to complicate matters.

In the XXI century, when two consenting adults separate each other, the foundation of it all is knowledge on pre divorce agreements which is inseparably connected to the not so elusive post divorce financial security.
