Pot and Anxiety - If Pot is Such a Fun Drug Why Are You Consistently Having Ugly Anxiety Attacks?

Smoking pot may have seemed like a good idea once upon a time. People that smoke it are into music and art, cool people, right? Well, we both know that often times pot brings on paralyzing anxiety too!

That is not cool. Pot does not always enhance creative powers. What it does do, many times, is start anxiety attacks and social anxiety disorder!

Pot often causes anxiety and changes in the brain that can be horrifying for many.  Pot can cause a downward spiral into pure panic during every day life. Doesn't that suck!

Pot may occasionally enhance creativity, but it can also make them much worse. For instance, I have been a writer and a musician, but when I was stoned there was no way I would have the concentration to get anything done. And on top of that I began having anxiety and anxiety attacks frequently.

Anyhow, you're probably want to know how to get your life back from having this anxiety?

1. Quit smoking pot, first of all, or cut way down. That should be obvious.

2. Secondly, start producing your own feel good neurotransmitters! It's easy to do. Take up a doable exerciseprogram, and get your diet together.

I'm talking about lots of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, good fats from avocados and nuts. All these things create wonder neurotransmitter chemicals in your brain.

3. Meditation is also invaluable. A few minutes ofrelaxation and internal peace are great for the nerves.

Warning: Although these 3 steps are very powerful, you will likely fail in your attempts to end your anxiety unless you follow this last step.
