Postpartum Depression - How to Avoid It

You might not know this, but postpartum depression can be alleviated (and even avoided) by taking a regular omega 3 fish supplement. This has been proven by clinical research.

Many women suffer from postpartum depression after pregnancy, some suffering from this for longer than others. This can be due to irritation, tiredness or simply feeling down.
