Intellectual wellness, as the name implies, refers to your learning experiences, or your intellect. To lead a balanced life, it is important to gather knowledge and challenge yourself mentally. If you have settled into a rut at home or on the job, try taking free online courses, attend a training seminar, or read a good book. Just be sure that you are stimulating your mind and keeping it active.

Emotional Wellness

To attain emotional wellness, you must accept who you are and be happy with who you are becoming. If there is a facet of your image that you do not like, accept it and work to change it. For example, if you are unhappy with your current weight, try making some positive lifestyle changes. Aren't satisfied with your current level of education, try taking a class at a local college. Emotional wellness is about self-evaluation, self-expression, and an overall enthusiasm for who you are and the person you are becoming.

Social Wellness
