Permanent Weight Loss - Lose the Stubborn Weight

I lost 50lbs, it was so easy. I did no exercise and I am not on a diet. I ate 5 meals a day and the weight came off within no time. I feel great and look great.

This could be you. Are you exercising all the time? Have you tried many diets? Are you still trying to lose weight?

The biggest myth in the country today is that you need to lose weight and the only way to do this is by exercising and eating prepared meals. The other myth is that fat is bad and you should have no fat in your diet. No fat foods will make you lose weight.

If you exercise every day the weight will come off and you will be thin, this is partly true but not completely.

The problem today comes down to one thing. The food we are eating. This food that is being sold in the supermarkets is not really food. What? Not food. Pickup a package and read the label. What percentage of the ingredients is actually food? Is it filled with sugar and fat?

Most of the foods in boxes, cans or prepackaged foods that are frozen are filled with chemicals. The food industry is slowly getting us addicted to these types of food. The sugar and chemicals in the food is like a drug for the brain, which keeps us eating them.

These types of food are processed; processed food cannot be properly processed by the body. When the body cannot process the food it stores it as fat. This is the leading problem today, many of us are gaining weight and we don't know why.

To lose weight by eating we need to look toward all natural foods. What are these foods? Most of these foods are not in boxes or prepackaged. These are foods that will spoil after a period of time and have color.

When shopping in a supermarket, stay on the outer edge of the market. On the outer edge you will see foods like vegetables, meats (chicken, fish, beef), dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs) fresh baked bread and fruit. These are foods that are not pre-packaged and are just what they seem to be.

There are times that you will need to purchase foods in the middle of the market. Label reading is important; find foods that are low in sugar, low in fat and high in protein. The ingredients in these foods need to be just that food, not chemicals. Look for foods that have less than 8 ingredients.
