Penis Enlargement Exercises That Actually Work

For many years, men all over the world have used manual penis enlargement exercises to increase the length and girth of their penis. The two most effective penis enlargement exercises are penis stretching and penis jelqing. Below is a penis enlargement exercising routine that incorporates both exercises as well as warming up and warming down sessions, and is a sure way of increasing penis size if followed religiously over weeks, months, and even years. Be sure to take a 1-2 day rest after every several days of doing these exercises. For example, taking the weekend off would work fine.

Step One: Warming Up

Let me start by warning you to never skip this warm up exercise to proceed directly to the penis exercises. By performing this warm up exercise, not only will you be reducing chances of your penis getting damaged later, but you will also get better gains due to the enhanced blood circulation.

To warm up, take a washcloth and soak it in hot water - note that hot does not mean scalding. After wringing out the washcloth, wrap it around your penis and keep it on for two minutes. Then repeat the process three times or more.

Step Two: Penis Stretching Exercise

This penis stretching exercise will primarily increase your penis length. When the penis is stretched, the cells in it react by multiplying, thereby making the penis bigger. Here are the instructions:

1)Start with your penis in the flaccid state. With one hand, firmly grip the head of your penis without cutting off blood circulation.

2)Slowly and carefully stretch your penis straight out at 90 degrees from your body, to its maximum length. Do not stretch by so much that it causes pain or discomfort. Remain in the stretched position for five minutes. At the end of each minute, try to stretch the penis out by a little bit more (not to the point of pain).

3)Release the penis and rest for one minute.

4)Swing your penis in circles 30 times or more to help restore blood circulation.

5)Repeat steps 2-4 with the penis stretched downwards towards the floor instead of straight out from your body. Then repeat steps 2-4 once for each of the following positions: with your penis pointing towards the ceiling, horizontally to the left, and horizontally to the right.

6)Lastly, stretch with your penis pointing straight out at 90 degrees again for one minute, then give your penis 10 light tugs in the same direction (i.e. 90 degrees away from your body). Again, do not tug to the point of pain.

Step Three: Penis Jelqing Exercise

Penis Jelqing is another very effective penis enlargement exercise. It works by forcing so much blood into the blood chambers in your penis, that the chambers will gradually become bigger, thereby making your penis bigger permanently. The important thing to note is to never jelq a fully erect penis, unless you want to risk vein damage to your penis. Below are instructions for penis jelqing:

1)Lubricate your penis well with several drops of Vaseline (do not use soap or shampoo -your penis will be sore for weeks).

2)Close your thumb and index finger around the base of your penis. Then slide upwards until your fingers touch the penis head. This constitutes one jelq. Do the exact same motion with your other hand. Keep alternating with one hand after the other - when one hand reaches the head, the other one should start at the base. Make every stroke last about 2 seconds.

3)Do 200-300 jelqs a day at medium strength for the first week, then 300-500 jelqs per day at medium to full strength for the second week. Starting from the third week, do 500 or more jelqs per day. You can do more as long as there is no pain, discomfort, blisters, or other signs of damage.

If during this jelqing exercise you start to get an erection, either stroke harder to reduce it or stop and wait for it to subside. If you start feeling pain, stop jelqing immediately and take a 1-2 day rest before resuming.

Step Four: Warming Down

To finish the routine, repeat the hot towel wrap again in order to warm down to get the blood circulation in your penis going again.

The routine above will slowly but surely increase your penis size, but only a little bit at a time. Do not buy into the hype of the many penis enlargement products that tell you it's possible to increase your penis size by inches in a mere several weeks. Being impatient and overdoing penis enlargement exercises can lead you to damage your penis permanently. Be patient and persistent, and the bits of increase will add up to noticeable gains over the next weeks, months, and years.
