Pedal to the Metal Fitness! Building Extreme Muscle Fast With Smart Training Tactics!

You see as far back as I can remember I have always been fascinated with muscle and strength. I knew early on that I wanted to explore this phenomenon with the human body so that I could look like and physically be able to do the things that the Arnold Schwarzeneggar's and Herschel Walker's of the world could do. Now having said that I realized that being like those guys wasn't exactly in the cards for everyone, but I soon realized that I had my own gifts. You see having been a strength and conditioning specialist and personal fitness trainer in the Atlanta, Georgia area now for over 10 years I have had lots of time to study and fine tune the tactics of what will pack mounds of muscle mass onto the human body frame.

Building Extreme Muscle

If you are wanting the truth about building muscle then you have got to have an understanding of the human body. Now to be clear I am not talking about the fake, ballooned out, chemically enhanced type of muscle. No, I am talking about true hard hitting functional muscle that provides you with athletic strength and the look of respect and nod of approval from most any bodybuilder or athlete around. This comes from intense training that gets your body kicking into metabolic mode! That term "metabolic" refers to the build up of substances in living organisms (YOU). Catabolism is the opposite and involves the breakdown of those substances in living organisms. You want to be metabolic if you want muscle mass!

You see in order to drive your body into metabolic mode you have got to engage in lifts and exercises that primarily work your body from head to toe. You must primarily focus on the execution of multi-joint lifts that will significantly raise your perceived level of exertion. This is what causes a cycle of events to take place within your body such as the stimulation of your nervous system. In short this is a lot, but it allows you to burn more calories, enhance your cardiovascular system, and assists your body in the natural production of real internal muscle building hormones such as human growth hormone (HGH). This is how you get pedal to the metal muscle!

To get your body there you are going to benefit much more from movement oriented lifts that you can derive from styles of training associated with kettlebell training, olympic lifting, body weight drills, and even plyometrics. These are strength and conditioning oriented tactics that will surely transform your physique and prepare you not only to be pleasing to the eye, but to be able to back it up with performance at the same time! If you haven't already incorporated these muscle building tactics into your current training formula then you are missing out. Remember that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart my friend!
