Do you experience wild panic attacks while driving your car?
Cars are big metal boxes that have the potential to kill. Whereas many people wouldn't give driving a second thought for you and me there are underlying subconscious fears that bubble to the surface when sitting behind the wheel.
Actually, it may not only be a phobia of driving, it may also be a phobia of going far away from your home base.
Thankfully, long sessions of therapy and anti-anxiety medications aren't necessary. Such expensive and time consuming methods are actually inferior to natural methods.
How do you get rid of panic attacks while driving?
Well, you have to do a few simple things. First off, you need to be eating a lot more fruits and vegetables for their alkaline mineral content. Also, lean protein sources such as meat, eggs, beans, peas, and protein powder supplements give you the power to create neurotransmitters which will keep you calmer.
Exercise, is a wonderful tool to burn through nervous energy. Something as simple as taking a walk 3-4 times a week has an amazing effect on our nervous systems.
Lastly, caffeine can be a major cause of panic attacks while driving. Do you drink more than a cup or two per day? If so, you may need to cut down. Of course, it would be best to switch to green tea, as green tea contains theanine which combats the stimulant effects of caffeine.
Warning: Although these steps are very powerful when acted upon together you will likely fail in your efforts to control your panic attacks unless you take this one final step.
