Panic Attacks, Epidemic Proportions
Panic attack causes are the work of stress, negativity, and inactivity. Along with less and less social support. Today we unfortunately work longer and longer hours and we get less and less fresh air and exercise. A person can only take so much without releasing it like a geyser. Like an explosion. Like a power outage in your mind. Maybe you've been there? I know I have, and it's terrifying.
For many of us there can be no real relaxation in life. No respite. We can't even sleep right. We are in a low grade state of shock throughout our days. Add a big workload, a family problem, a poor diet, no exercise, no social support, and tons of stress and panic attack is inevitable.
An Effective, Easy To Follow Plan
But, with the right plan and the right support you can put panic attacks inside a little box and throw them away. Here's what works:
A cleaner diet, moderate exercise, and connecting with others.
Here are some dietary guidelines. Moderate your alcohol use, switch from coffee to tea, eat more protein and eat lost more fresh fruits and vegetables. That easy.
Please start an exercise plan too. Just walking a few days a week will burn off the nervous energy which is the source of panic attacks.
Lastly, connect with friends and family on a daily basis. It's almost impossible to get through this life alone and shutting yourself off from the world makes panic worse.
Warning: These are very powerful and effective steps but you will likely fail in your effort to control your panic attacks until you take this last step.
