Pamper Yourself With Ayurvedic Massage

Expert Author Nikki Cuenca

Have you ever felt like you do not have energy to do anything? You feel like your whole body is drained, this is maybe because of too much work or stress. Almost everyone has experienced this kind of thing in their life and some sleeps it off or go to spas to get a massage and there is a type of massage that could help you solve this kind of problem. A massage called ayurvedic massage could be a solution to get energy back.

Ayurvedic massage makes use of oil that feels warm when applied to your skin. This is a good way of revitalizing and renewing your body and mind. We know that a massage is a great way to relax yourself and releasing some of the stress you are having. If you want to feel refreshed most of the time, then try getting an ayurvedic massage. It would be better if you choose full body oil massage because it could:

1. Improve the shine of your skin
2. Nourishes every part of your body
3. Ideal and pleasant sleep
4. Supports long life in a person
5. Offering you with endurance
6. Reduce fatigue
7. Relax your nerves
8. Produce more lubrication to your joints
9. Improve your mental alertness

You can even do ayurvedic massage yourself, in your own bathroom. It is best recommended that you do it before taking a bath.

The following can be used as oil for ayurvedic massage:
• aroma massage oil
• cured sesame oil
• herbal massage oil

This kind of massage will surely feel good. Just massage your body using your fingers with massage oil on it. Make sure that you have already applied massage oil on your body so that you won't keep on getting oil from the bottle because it would be very slippery already and may slide off your hand causing it to break. Also, don't put to much oil on you body, just enough that you would be able to massage properly but not too little as it could cause rubbing and it may be painful.
