They are so dissimilar, if they were both human, they wouldn't even recognize each other. But even though we now have super powered tools for finding keywords, those tools provide information that still has to be interpreted and that interpretation has become somewhat of a science itself. If you don't know how to use the tool, it does you no good. Best thing is to find someone who is willing to spend a little time with you and help you learn to use it to make money.
