While I was presenting at a recent conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico I learned that the majority of my audience were carrying feelings of inadequacy within. As I helped them release such feelings once and for all I decided that it would be useful to also write about this issue here.

Feelings of inadequacy are believed by many to be "normal" human feelings. This is because everyone knows what the experience feels like and no one questions its presence inside of them.

As a result it's no wonder that in spite of one's efforts to address such feelings they continue to remain deeply lodged within the person's mind and body.

Such feelings can manifest in many automatic and destructive ways that only causes the feelings to intensify. All this happens because the individual feels powerless to do anything about them.

Where do such feelings stem from? Well simply, they stem from the fact that you were once a helpless and dependent baby!

Let me elaborate. As I'm sure you can appreciate a baby is inherently a helpless and dependent being who must rely completely on its care givers for life. If the care givers are completely in tune with the baby's needs then the baby will never feel any discomfort.

So I ask you how common is that experience in any baby's life? Well I think you will agree that it is absolutely uncommon if not non existent. Now I am not here to bash parents. I am only making an obvious statement that is based on the reality in which we live.

So when a baby's needs are not met, even once the baby is left feeling deprived emotionally and physically. With these feelings are also associated feelings of helplessness, sadness, fear, dread, powerlessness and if left too long depression.

It is the baby's inability to rectify these feelings of deprivation that leave it feeling inadequate. The feelings then become imprinted in its mind and body at an emotional and physical level. It is my view that they become imprinted right in the DNA of the child and continue to lurk there through out its life.

Unfortunately, these feelings are anything but helpful to the individual at any point in their life. Many however have felt such feelings for so long they often never realize that they are destructive and limiting. What's more they never realize that something significant can be done to "reprogram" their DNA so that such imprinting can be permanently released.

I have written extensively about a new modality that I administer over the telephone called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) that can release such feelings once and for all from the mind, body and DNA of any individual quickly, painlessly and simply.
