Outstanding Methods to Create a Coaching Program Part 2

Expert Author Sean R Mize

1. Decide on the coaching model. How do you intend to teach your clients? Are you going to conduct group sessions over a teleconference bridge line or do you prefer one-on-one coaching programs? Perhaps, you would like to do this by simply sending your clients emails at least once a week with 2 one-on-one meetings every month. Make the process of choosing your coaching model a bit easier by simply getting the pulse of your target market. Conduct survey and just give in to what they want. This is one way to get them to do business with you.

2. Decide on the type of service that you're going to provide. Are you going to offer your clients just email coaching programs or do you intend to also give them access to your member-only website where they can get tips and guides? Perhaps, you would want to offer them every assistance that they might need. If you're targeting "premiums clients" you may choose to offer them one-on-one coaching programs with email follow-ups. You can also allow these people to contact you at any time should they have questions or clarifications. Offering such service can be very overwhelming but if you do take this path, you'll be able to easily increase your prices and charge your customers for up to $10,000 per program.

3. Test your coaching programs. Ensure the success of your coaching programs by simply getting neutral third parties to try them out. You would want to be able to identify their loopholes and areas of improvement before you offer your programs to your buying customers. Ensure that you take each feedback, suggestion, and comments seriously. Make necessary improvements before you make your offerings available in the online arena.

4. Launch an aggressive marketing campaign. Once you're 100% sure that your coaching programs have what it takes to address the learning needs of your potential clients, the next thing to do is to market them in the online arena to promote product awareness. Depending on the market that you're targeting, you can use all or some of the following effective internet marketing tools; PPC advertising, banner ads, forum posting, blogging, article marketing, social media marketing, viral marketing, etc.

5. Offer free samples. Whatever niche you're targeting and whatever kind of coaching programs that you're offering, I am pretty sure that you have a lot of competitors. To attract more potential clients, I recommend that you offer free sessions to interested parties. This is the most effective way to give these people a solid idea about what you offer and educate them as to how your programs can help them out.
