NutriSystem Food Plan - A 28-Day Diet Food Plan

NutriSystem is a publicly-traded corporation that gives people the chance to be healthier and more physically fit but can't seem to do it on their own. The idea behind the system it uses is providing a diet plan. But it doesn't end there. It does not end in saying what to eat and what not to eat, what kinds of ingredients to buy or how and when to eat. It actually delivers the pre-cooked and ready-to-eat or easy-to-prepare NutriSystem Food right at your house. These foods are already prepared to fit the program that you belong to depending on your needs and goals.

The NutriSystem Food plan is a 28-day plan. Day 1 is entitled "A Brave Beginning." This will be for four days. It is one of the most difficult stages because it transitions you from eating whatever you want, to eating what you need. And it actually requires four days to succeed this transitional beginning. The next stage which starts on the 5th day is entitled "Cardboard Soup." This is for six days. Next stage is "Logistics Prove Difficult," for three days. Next is "More Energy, Fewer Pounds" that will last for seven days. This is the longest among all stages. The next stage is the "Tired, Hungry, Not much Lighter." This stage happens in all kinds of slimming programs. This is when things suddenly became extra difficult and extra slow in results. You have to be strong during this 5-day stage. You have to trust the system and the natural response of your body to the system. Next stage, which will last for two days, is the "Hold the Eggs," and the last stage is when you harvest the fruit of your labor - The "Mission Accomplished" stage.

NutriSystem Reviews would prove that this 28-day plan is doable and effective. One of those who tried said that he actually lost 19 pounds after 18 days of being in the program.
