There are many different sleeping problems and disorders that people can develop. Luckily, a lot of them do have cures and most are cured by simply adjusting your sleeping patterns and your daily life style.

Not getting enough sleep?

In today's fast paced society, people have less and less time to do things so they try and cram as much as they can into one day. Need a couple extra hours? That's OK, I'll just subtract it from my sleep tonight and will just have to be tired tomorrow. The thing is, it is perfectly OK to do this every so often. However, if you keep making a pattern of it, you will quickly notice the toll it will put on your body.

Maybe you have insomnia. Insomnia can keep a person from getting a good amount of sleep.

Some insomniacs will lie in bed for hours on end before being able to finally fall asleep. Some insomniacs have problems with waking up constantly during the night. Other things that can make you feel tired all the time

Believe it or not, getting TOO much sleep can actually make you feel more tired. I remember one month I slept almost 10 hours a day and I felt tired all the time. All I wanted to do was sleep more, until I eventually woke up as the day went on. If you constantly have a headache, this is often the symptom of sleeping for too long.
