The Nokia N900 is the latest introduction by Nokia which is packed with powerful features including the new Maemo OS. Mobiles of today have a come a long way from being only a means of communication to an internet device and the Nokia N900 Maemo is a live example of this. How does it look?

This latest device from Nokia comes in form of slider phone with stylish looks. Its physical measurements are 110.9 X 59.8 X 18mm with weight of 181g. Though this phone is bit heavy but yet it looks smart and stylish.

Display is good:
It has a wide display of 3.5 inches TFT resistive touch screen. Its 16M colours make the graphics and images very clear and bright which enhance the viewing experience. Network facility is good:
You will never have to face network issues with the N900 as it supports quadband GSM along with technological support from 3G, HSDPA, EDGE, GPRS, HSUPA and Wi-Fi.

Capture your precious moments:
The 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics helps to capture all your precious moments in form of high quality images. The resolution of images with this camera is 2592 X 1944 pixels. Additional camera features include Dual LED flash, auto focus, video light and geo tagging. Along with still images you can also record WVGA video with this camera at speed of 25fps.

Operating System:
The N900 from Nokia has the latest OS from Maemo 5 on Linux and its CPU is ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz with PowerVR SGX graphics.

Music Player:
In order to provide treat to your ears there is a quality music player, which supports multiple audio formats like MP3, WAV, WMA, eAAC+ and others. These varieties of formats give you the freedom to enjoy your favourite piece of music in its original format. FM radio and FM transmitter are also available.

Interesting Internet experience:
If you are looking for great internet options, then this model is what you should go for. There is Maemo Browser in the phone which is powered by Mozilla technology. The rich internet content is provided through various sources including Adobe Flash Player 9.4, AJAX supports, HTML, XHTML and CSS. The phone also provides rich gesture based interactions for your convenience.

This set will never let you miss your locations and destinations as it is integrated with A-GPS receiver. Its Ovi maps applications help you to search for places and addresses. You can also find destination with free routing.

Multiple Messaging Options:
Facility of multiple messaging options is available in this phone through SMS, Email, Push Email and Instant Messanger. Documents can be typed comfortably using the QWERTY keyboard of the N900.
