Night Time Anxiety Is Overwhelming
Some people, like myself, tend to have anxiety attacks at night. It seems like all our worries hit us in the darkness and the loneliness of night. Sunday nights were the worst for me, all the stress of the following week would gang up on me before it even started. I had trouble, sleeping, relaxing, and enjoying myself. Sometimes I would get nauseous or light headed.
Sometimes the world just felt unreal. Sometimes I felt like I was going to die, I couldn't sit still, but I didn't have the energy to move. Thankfully, night time anxiety and panic attack disorders are treatable with natural methods. No matter what you've read or heard, you can treat this condition yourself, effectively and safely, without hard medication.

Here are the steps I took to overcome my disorder:
- First of all, I took a good hard look at what I was putting into my body on a daily basis and came to the conclusion that coffee was going to have to go from my life for good. It was a struggle for a few days but not unbearable, I switched to green tea!
- Next, my alcohol intake would have to come down and no more real late nights. This kind of routine ruined my sleep cycle and the alcohol contributed to my neurotransmitters being off!
- Diet and exercise were next, I started walking daily, I had never slept better in my life. Fruits and vegetables, which I had formerly shunned, were on my new menu daily!
