Most network marketers are now either marketing with the use of the internet or looking at ways to do so. There are different ways to do this; some are more successful than others. One important thing is that you generate your own leads. Many people have tried buying leads; this is expensive and rarely works well.

The secret is to generate your own leads. A capture page and an auto responder will do all this for you. For this to work your capture page must be able to be found, just like a web site. To work you must be able to drive traffic to it, and for this to happen you must have a good internet presence.

One way to this is to have a blog (web log). These have been around for a while and report indicates that blogging will continue to grow for many years. Therefore you should be using a blog as one of your marketing strategies. There are different sites where you can set up a blog. Some of these are free, some are pay ones. The free ones will have various advertisements on them. This is why they are free; people pay to advertise on these blogging sites.

I use a hosting site for my blog as I like to have control on what is on my blog. Although I pay for this the costs are minimal. Once you have set up your blog it is important that you market yourself before your product. There are so many people on the internet either selling or marketing products, services or business opportunities so you need to show people why they will benefit from doing business with you.

To do this put information about your experiences. You are looking at building up a relationship and trust with people. It is ok to have some information about your business there but don’t make it the main focus. People are not looking to buy they are looking at how they can improve there lives. You also need to be constantly adding fresh information, at least every couple of days.

Once you are up and running you will then need to get people there. A good way to do this is to contact other bloggers. You can do this by doing a search or you can join blogging sites. When visiting other blog sites leave appropriate comments with them. Always leave genuine comment. Networking with other bloggers will foster good relationships and this will expand your internet presence.
