Navy Seals - Key Responsibilities

A common saying sates great power is followed by greater responsibility. The Navy SEALs have to undergo rigorous training that prepares them to take up the dangerous and life threatening missions for their countries. Throughout the course of this thorough training, Navy SEALs have to make the decisions that are related to life, death. The foremost responsibility of Navy SEALs is protection of their country. They must be geared round the clock to serve their country against any kind of threat. There are a lot of other responsibilities of these Navy SEALs.

Generally the responsibilities and the missions of a Navy are kept off radar. Although most of the missions are stated in the evening news but the important missions do not come to the fore. There are endless missions that are launched to search out the terrorists. The operations are highly secretive and the responsibility of these Navy SEALs in the counter terrorism missions is intelligence gathering, destruction of ammunition depots and the supply of these terrorists and taking out the terrorists. These counter terrorism mission demand precision and stealth which is the main responsibility of the Navy SEALs in the mission.

Unconventional warfare tackling is also one of the responsibilities of a Navy. This also comprises diversionary tactics for handling the unexpected attacks. The training lets these individual instill the fear and confusion in the minds of the enemies and lets them win the battles. The Navy are trained to plant explosives under the nose of their enemies without letting them know. They wok efficiently without making the enemies feel their presence.

The main aim of the training programs of Navy is direct action. They are trained to take the direct action. The responsibility of these officials is very important at the timer of war; they support their fellows during the war. Winning or losing the battle to the enemies is the matter of vigilance and support of these individuals. They do not take their responsibility lightly and make sure that they provide their fellow forces with the efficient support. This responsibility of Navy is one of the major reasons for these people to win the battle.

Special reconnaissance is part of the job of the Navy too. They highly trained individuals scout locations and provide tactical information for letting the forces attack at right place and time. In case the attack ahs to be carried from water, these Navy swim to shore, at the same time they also measure the depth of water. By measuring gradient of shore, they also make maps for helping the forces to have a sure and protected landing.

While thinking about the US Navy, the words that come to one's mind are valor, bravery, commitment, sacrifice and bravery. They are Special Forces that comprise personnel have undergone and endured the toughest of training sessions. They are fully dedicated in protecting their country from any kind of threat and attacks.
