My Top 3 Superfoods I can't live without!

1. Spirulina- Spirulina is a mild tasting blue green algae that can be used in smoothies or sprinkled on salads and other foods. Spirulina is an ancient food that was harvested by the Aztecs. Spirulina is 60% protein and a complete protein containing all the amino acids to sustain life. Spirulina is a rich source of potassium, and also contains calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, sodium, zinc, plus B vitamins and essential fatty acids.

2. Bee Pollen-Is rich in B vitamins and is known to be a complete food containing every nutrient available to sustain life. Bee pollen is known for its ability to increase stamina and reduce recovery time for serious athletes. If you allergic to bee products, please do not consume bee pollen.
