Music Therapy to Beat Stress

We all love music, don't we? Music is one thing that you will find in each and every corner of the world and in each and every culture. Even today the influence of music remains the same as we all like to hear music in order to relieve stress and bring out the innermost feelings like joy, sorrow and fun. Additionally, with the advent of new technologies like MP3 and gadgets like iPod and other portable music systems the penetration of music in our lives has gone deeper. Music therapy might sound like a new approach to cure certain mental conditions but the fact is that music therapy has been used for relaxation of brain for around a century.

This music therapy is based on certain beats called binaural beats which uses different frequencies that stimulates brain and provides relaxation. These beats are adjusted as soft relaxing music and mixed with sounds of nature like waterfalls and chirping of birds and sounds of waves across seashore that makes us feel calm and relaxed. These binaural beats that are made of different frequencies provide positive energy inside us that help to feel fresh and active.

Waves like Delta waves, Theta waves, Alpha waves and Beta waves are used to provide and relieve us from certain problems and conditions that we are facing. And one of the biggest advantages of this music therapy is that it is free and you do not require a therapist to cure your ailments using pills and medicines, you can use your body's positive energy to cure yourself.
