Muscle And Weight Gain Made Easy

Muscle and weight gain can be difficult for people to achieve.

If you've had trouble trying to gain muscle in the past it's not your fault. There is a lot of false information out there and a lot of arguing experts. I myself have made fabulous muscle gains in the past, and I know it is something that is possible. Just follow the advise in this article and you will be good to go.

Nutrition is easy! So many people overcomplicate nutrition, and others undercomplicate it. I once heard a guy giving another kid advise "eat everything you see". Following this advise is a good way to either get sick, or fat. Or both.

Likewise, you don't need to watch every gram of fat, saturated fat, and protein that you take in.

Instead, calculate how many calories you need to take in (you can find great calorie calculators online for free) and plan on taking in enough so that you gain weight every day.

Then eat one gram of protein per every pound of lean body fat that you have. You will notice nice amazing lean gains, without any of that extra body fat.

Lift correctly Whenever I go to the gym, I always see the same guys, hitting the weights, and not seeing many gains. Most of them lift heavy weights, but lift them incorrectly. They swing their arms around trying to get these heavy weights off the ground.

This is not the correct way to lift, instead you should feel the muscles in your body contract, feel them work, and feel the blood rush towards them.

If you do this, you will see huge muscle gains.
