The former Vice-President Dick Cheney left the hospital on August 10th after having a small heart pump attached to the left ventricle of his heart. Mr. Cheney's heart problems have been well documented in the past. He has experienced five heart attacks, the first at the age of 37. His official diagnosis is that he is suffering from congestive heart failure. This means that his heart is slowly failing, which is why the pump was put in to assist his left ventricle. What is not known to the general public at this time is how long his pump will stay attached to his heart. The device that was used is usually used as a temporary fix until a heart transplant takes place. But, doctors have been experimenting with these pumps, so perhaps the heart pump is going to be more than a temporary fix.
Mr. Cheney's congestive heart failure is a fairly common ailment. More than five million Americans have been diagnosed with this condition. The illness can strike any age or gender. It does not matter if you work at rent to own center or are a teenager in high school. But, people do hurt themselves when they over eat or smoke as he did in his younger years.
Healthy habits are a good way for a congestive heart failure patient to extend his or her life. The obvious behaviors to avoid are over eating and smoking. Added to this list are: limiting salt intake, do not drink alcohol, and exercising regularly. The Association of Progressive Rental Organizations (APRO) encourages its members to promote healthy lifestyles in their stores.
One should hopefully refrain from making the mistakes that Mr. Cheney made as a younger man. He was known for his heavy smoking, over working, and basically failing to care of his heart. One should make sure they keep their priorities straight and care for themselves and not over think a rent to own contract. Heart health must be a high priority.
The Association of Progressive Rental Organization ( APRO ) wishes the former vice-president well. We hope our rent to own members practice healthy heart habits. To learn more about a rent to own contract, please visit the website. Good luck Mr. Cheney, we hope your pump does you a world of good.
