We don't all have hours free to spend in the gym busting our behinds, so here goes the Most Fat Loss in the Least Time Workout to get you cutting that excess body fat quickly and starting today.

  • 20 press ups
  • 75 free squats
  • 1 minute wall sit
  • 20 tucking crunches
  • 1 minute fast skipping with rope
  • 10 burpees
