One of the most frustrating things that real estate agents have to deal with is the fact that getting qualified home buyers from the Internet can be a very frustrating & expensive process if you don't know what you are doing. In this article I want to show you exactly how you can get more buyers coming to your site to find out how they can become your client.

Secret #1:

The first thing you have to do is make sure your site is not setup like everyone else's! The problem most real estate professionals have is the fact that you are competing with thousands of others in most markets for the same customer.

So if you have the same site as everyone else - you're not going to be able to differentiate yourself.

The goal of your site should be to get every visitor to give you their name, email address & whenever possible a phone number. The reason for this is so you can follow up with them. 

Secret #2:

You have to realize that when a potential home buyer comes to your site & leaves right away, they are not coming back. Chances are you have lost them forever. The reason is that the Internet is to cluttered with other competing sites and if you are not capturing their name and email - someone else will. 

So realize that if you do a great job at getting your future clients contact information, you will have to get less website visitors to actually make the same amount of money as you will have a better system in place.
