If you have man boobs and want to get rid of them, you'd do well to read this article carefully. I'm sure that one of the first thing you've tried to do in order to get rid of your man boobs is head on to the gym or started exercising at home. This is excellent, and if you haven't started yet then I urge you to begin. However, most people don't know how to exercise in the right way and simply settle for little more than mediocre results. This article deals with what workouts to get rid of man boobs need to include so you can get the best results you may hope for.
Most guys believe that in order to lose their man boobs they need to engage in nothing more than chest exercises. So they do tons of pushups, flies, chest presses, and so on, and while there is nothing wrong with doing these exercises, they don't target the root of the problem.
You need to remember what man boobs are: fatty deposits. Yes, this is extra fat tissue in the pectoral area, not dwindling muscles. There are guys with underdeveloped pecs but no man boobs simply because they have little fat there. I do recommend doing chest exercises as they can help to tone the pecs and improve how you look, but no exercise can do the thing you need most: reduce the chest fat.
A great workout to get rid of man boobs needs to be fat loss oriented and not chest muscle oriented. This is accomplished in 2 ways:
1. Interval cardio workouts - I don't care which kind, though I personally recommend running as it burns a ton of calories and works virtually every muscle group in your body. Doing interval cardio burns the most fat from your entire body in as little time as possible.
2. Full body strength workouts - Realize that it is virtually impossible to spot reduce fat with exercises. You either become leaner all over or you don't. The more muscle tissue you have over your entire body, the easier it is for you to be lean because muscle tissue burns more calories even when you rest. So, you need to strive to have the most muscle tissue you can and you will burn more fat from your entire body and your chest. Strength exercises do that.
A man boobs workout doesn't have to be long. You can do 3 workouts each week of 1 hour in length and you will see results.
