Remain casual and entertaining and don't let the stress of an eventual relationship cripple you. Sometimes women are so intent of having that commitment that they lose sight of the relationship that is building right under their nose. Enjoy it and don't even try to rush it.
Don't push him to be more than he's ready to, but let his emotions build at a pace that he's comfortable with. Remember that this is his relationship too and he has the right to forge ahead as he sees fit.
